Legislators in Helena are wasting valuable time and resources on attacking our community instead of doing what Montanans actually care about like fixing property taxes, addressing the housing crisis, and funding education.
They have introduced dozens of bills to restrict access to essential medical care, criminalize supportive parents, and attempt to overturn gay marriage.
To stop these terrible bills, and get their focus back on the issues that matter, legislators need to hear from their constituents. We need everyday Montanans speaking up to hold them accountable.
What’s more important, anti-LGBTQ bills or property tax reform?
This session, there have been at least 25 bills attacking the LGBTQ community, and just 8 addressing property taxes.
Does that sound right to you?
Why are Montana politicians so concerned with what’s in our pants, what we wear, or who we love?
We are sick of legislators targeting the LGBTQ+ community by using recycled templates from national groups who don’t care about Montana.
It’s time for them to DO THEIR JOB - pass property tax relief, fund our schools, improve access to health care, and address our housing crisis.
